In 1964 in Sweden, my mum gave birth to her first child. A little boy that she wasn't allowed to bring home because he was born without arms and legs. The Doctor told my mum and dad to forget about this child, go home and get a new baby. That was my entrance into the world ~ to help my parents through a terrible grief. Thanks to my mum's love and strong will to bring her son home, I had the benefit of growing up with my brother as a role model in mindset and how to get on in life. 

 

So I've been that happy, helping, hardworking girl almost all my life, except for the periods of depression and burnout.

At the age of 55, being a wife, mum, grandmother and business owner, I realised I wasn't true to myself. I wasn't truly happy. I had forgotten to take care of myself. My life looked 'perfect on the outside', nice house, loving husband, friends and family, yet  I just felt there had to be MORE. So I left it all and drove away in our motorhome and ended up in Portugal.
 

That's when I discovered the teachings of Bob Proctor, a legend in human potential. Making the decision to invest in myself and study with him changed everything. For the first time in my life, I truly got to know ME.
 

Through this journey, I discovered a life-changing truth: we live by design, not by default. Our circumstances don't define us - we have the power to create our life exactly as we want it. Our potential is limitless.

As I embraced this truth, everything began to shift. My sense of self, my relationships, my income - they all transformed. This powerful personal evolution led me to my true calling: becoming a Mindset Coach. Now I have the joy of helping midlife women reconnect with their inner Queen and step into the life they were always meant to live.

This is how Queenformation was born - from my own transformation and deep desire to help other women reclaim their crown!
